The recent Horror movie, Paranormal Activity has been proclaimed to be the best horror movie in a long time. This movie has been rated very highly among many people. This movie is not really made in a movie formate. Their are no special effects, no hollywood interverence, no made up people or anything like that. This is mostly people with camcorders. The production cost is said to be $11,000, which by hollywood standards is just above free. The movie has the highest rating of scary movies in the passed decade.
